To register and use the six6s platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. six6s strictly prohibits the participation of underage individuals in any gaming activity.
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• Not included in any category of individuals prohibited from using this platform under local legislation.
• Never been declared bankrupt or placed under third-party financial supervision.
• Registering on your own behalf and not at the direction of or for the benefit of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at six6s. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number. False or misleading information will result in account termination without notice.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is part of the six6s security procedure. You may be asked to upload identification documents such as your IC, passport, or other supporting documents. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

• The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Any changes to key personal information must be reported to the customer support team within 7 days.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone.

Six6s supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Collusion — two or more players colluding to gain an unfair advantage in a game.

• Threats or harassment — any threatening or harassing behaviour directed at staff or other members.

Six6s cooperates fully with authorities in cases of financial fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity related to the use of the platform.

Six6s reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity on the account.
• Voluntary account closure request initiated by the member.
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance is subject to review. A clean balance (from legitimate sources unrelated to the violation) will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via account settings or by contacting our customer support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is officially closed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the six6s platform will be resolved through the process established by six6s management.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
